This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Lovisoft ("we") issues refunds regarding CRM Solid (the "Service"). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to this policy as well as our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase date
  • This is your first paid subscription with us
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, abuse)
  • Usage limits for the plan have not been substantially exhausted

After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for that billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Recurring subscription renewals (unless cancelled prior to renewal)
  • One-time add-ons or credit packs (e.g., extra AI credits)
  • Partial months of service (no pro-rating for early cancellation)
  • Services suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms

  3. Processing: If approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future auto-renewals. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and all associated data immediately.
