Why we write these

The internet is full of vague "10 tips" CRM blog posts. We wrote the opposite.

Every guide on this hub answers exactly one operational question: how to do the thing. It gives you the rate-limit math, the persona prompt, the pipeline template, or the deliverability checklist you actually need to execute. We assume you are running a real outreach motion this week and you want a concrete plan, not motivational fluff.

All guides are platform-agnostic in their concepts and CRM-Solid-specific in their examples. Bring whatever tool you already use; the math still works.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers before you dive into the guides.

No. Every guide leads with the framework and the platform-agnostic concepts first (rate limits, deliverability math, pipeline design, AI prompting) before showing how to implement them in CRM Solid. You can apply 80% of every guide to whatever tool you already use.
We re-check every guide at the start of each calendar quarter. When a platform (Telegram, X, WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail) changes a documented limit or policy, the affected guide is updated within seven days. A small "Last updated" stamp lives at the top of every page.
Yes, but only inside the app. The "Templates & resources" box on each guide lists CSV starters, JSON schemas, persona prompts, and pipeline templates you can import directly. We do not gate them behind email forms; they are bundled with every CRM Solid workspace.
Every operational guide (scraping, bulk messaging, ban avoidance, DM automation) is written to keep you inside platform Terms of Service and major data laws (GDPR, KVKK, CAN-SPAM, CASL). Where a tactic is legally grey or regional, we call it out explicitly with a warning callout.
Yes. Email us at [email protected] with the topic and the search query you used. If at least 50 teams have asked for the same guide, we will write it within 4 weeks. Most-requested topics in 2026 so far: Instagram DM automation, WhatsApp Business API, Calendly-to-CRM mapping, and white-label client reporting.
These guides are intentionally text-heavy and screenshot-light. The product UI changes weekly; written instructions age much better than stale screenshots. Where a UI element is mentioned, we include the exact label so it is easy to find inside the app.
Please do. Every guide has a stable URL, full canonical metadata, and an Open Graph image. We only ask that you do not paste guide text into your own site (canonical confusion hurts both of us). A direct link, blockquote, or summary is welcomed.
A handful, at /demo and on our YouTube channel. The text version is the canonical resource; videos summarize the highlights but leave out the deep operational details (rate-limit math, JSON schemas, the warm-up curve). For day-of-implementation, follow the text guide.
