We run a live IMAP and SMTP login check first. Wrong details are never stored, so a bad password fails loud, not silent.

HTML rendered in a sandbox
Every email body opens inside an isolated, sandboxed iframe. Scripts never run, so a marketing email cannot touch your session or your page.
External images off by default
Remote images are blocked on open - that stops read-receipts and trackers from pinging the sender. One click loads them when you trust the message.
Attachments, listed and clear
Files arrive listed with name and size, ready to open or download. No guessing what came attached.
Threads that stay threaded
Replies keep the In-Reply-To and References headers, so the recipient client groups the conversation correctly instead of starting a new one.
