Follow what we ship across CRM Solid: every release, straight from the product.

v1.181.0
9/10/2026
See demo
  • - Google Ads is now live in CRM Solid. Connect your Google Ads account from the Ads menu and see spend, clicks, conversions and ROAS for each campaign without leaving the CRM.
  • - Ads Studio is now visible in the menu. Build a campaign, have it reviewed and approved by a teammate, and publish it to Google. Published campaigns start paused, so nothing spends until you turn it on.
  • - Fixed: the live chat widget could not load its settings on customer websites, so it failed to appear. It works again.
v1.180.0
9/7/2026
See demo
  • - You can now give a teammate one board instead of the whole CRM. In Workspace settings, next to a member, pick the pipeline boards they may work in and they will only see the contacts, chats and unread counts filed on those boards.
  • - Teammates can now open and answer the chats you share with them. Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, X and live-chat conversations reply through the account that owns them, so the customer sees the same sender as always.
  • - Accepting an invitation now takes you straight into the workspace you were invited to, instead of the empty one created with your account.
v1.179.0
9/4/2026
See demo
  • - If your paid plan ends, you can now go back to the free plan yourself. The screen asking you to upgrade has a "Continue on the free plan" button beside it, so you keep your account and your data instead of being stuck on a single screen with nowhere to go.
  • - An account whose plan runs out now lands on the free plan on its own, so the panel stays open and your connected accounts keep working.
v1.178.0
9/4/2026
See demo
  • - The menu is shorter and easier to read. Finding leads and reaching out are now two headings you open, instead of five separate links sitting side by side.
  • - Outreach holds Campaigns, the Sending queue and your Do not contact list, so it is clear that campaigns plan the messages and the queue shows every message actually going out.
  • - Lead Sources holds Lead Discovery and Business Finder together.
v1.177.0
9/3/2026
See demo
  • - The Data API now reads X (Twitter) as it happens, not only what we already had on file. Search posts with X's own search syntax, read an account's latest posts and who is mentioning it, open the replies and quotes under any post, follow a public list or community, and see what is trending in a place.
  • - Five of those calls can be tried on the Data API page with no account at all: pick a call, type a search or a handle, and read the real answer.
v1.176.0
9/3/2026
See demo
  • - The Inbox has a simpler layout. Your mailboxes are now a picker at the top of the page, so the screen shows two panes instead of three: your conversations and the email you are reading.
  • - Reply where you read. A reply box sits under the conversation, an AI draft lands straight in it, and an unsent reply is kept while you switch between conversations.
  • - Long conversations fold older messages so the latest one is in view, and refreshing the page or sharing the link reopens the same conversation.
v1.175.0
9/2/2026
See demo
  • - Connecting an AI assistant to your CRM is now one click. On the MCP page, pick Cursor, VS Code or LM Studio and the app opens with your server already filled in.
  • - Claude Code, Claude Desktop and Windsurf get a ready to paste line with your key already in it, so there is nothing left to type by hand.
  • - No API key yet? The same screen can create one for you and load it straight into the setup.
v1.174.0
9/1/2026
See demo
  • - The Data API try-it console now follows the platform you pick. Choose TikTok and you only see calls that work on TikTok, plus the ones that work everywhere.
  • - Responses come back readable: a summary of what came back, a formatted JSON tab, and a copy button, instead of one long line.
  • - The human check on the try-it console now speaks the language of the page you are reading, not the language your browser happens to be set to.
  • - Changing your email in CRM Solid now updates it on your Data API account too.
v1.173.0
9/1/2026
See demo
  • - New: try the Data API on the website before you sign up. Pick a call, type a handle, and read the real response. No account, no key, five calls a day.
  • - The Data API page now explains itself properly: what each of the seven platforms can and cannot answer, how it compares with going to X, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn directly, six things people build with it, and an honest list of what it is not.
  • - Signup now prices what you actually chose. Picking Data API shows the API plans including the free one, and picking both shows the bundle price instead of the CRM plan's.
v1.172.0
9/1/2026
See demo
  • - New: pick what you are here for when you sign up. CRM Solid now sells two things, the CRM and the Data API, and you can take either one or both.
  • - Both on one bill: Pro with Data API Starter for $79 a month, or Business with Data API Growth for $299. Cheaper than buying them separately, and one renewal to think about.
  • - Data API plans and API credit are now paid by card through the same checkout as everything else. Crypto payment has been removed.
  • - If you signed up for the Data API alone, the panel now shows you that section and explains, rather than showing CRM screens you have not bought. Adding the CRM unlocks everything immediately.
v1.171.0
9/1/2026
See demo
  • - New: the Data API is now a section of the panel. Look up who is behind a handle on X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Bluesky and LinkedIn: follower history, engagement, bulk enrichment and proof that somebody owns the account they say they own.
  • - One key for all seven platforms, and no app review or platform approval to wait for. Start on the free plan with a click and no card.
  • - Manage everything without leaving CRM Solid: create and rotate keys, watch what is spending your allowance day by day and endpoint by endpoint, set a hard cap on overage, and top up API credit.
  • - Pay by card, by API credit or in crypto, and read the full endpoint reference at crmsolid.com/data-api/docs.
v1.170.0
9/1/2026
See demo
  • - New: your sent mail now appears in the inbox. Mail you send from Gmail, Outlook or your phone syncs into CRM Solid next to the mail you send from the panel, so a conversation reads as a whole instead of only the incoming half.
  • - A Sent tab lists every conversation you have written in, and each row marks the ones where the last word was yours.
  • - Conversations you started now show who you wrote to instead of your own address, and Reply goes to the right person.
v1.169.0
9/1/2026
See demo
  • - New: the official CRM Solid app for Zapier is open for early access. It brings 24 triggers and 16 actions into your Zaps directly - new contact, deal stage changed, task completed, inbound message, plus actions to create contacts, move deals and send Telegram or X messages.
  • - No more hand-wiring webhooks for the common cases. Open Integrations > Zapier and join with the link at the top of the page; the app then appears in your Zap editor like any other.
  • - The app is still private while it goes through Zapier's review, so it is not in the public Zapier directory yet. The manual webhook guide stays on the same page for anyone who prefers it.
v1.168.0
8/31/2026
See demo
  • - New: Brands. Run several businesses from one account. Create a brand for each, then file your chat widgets, mailboxes, Telegram, X and social accounts under the right one.
  • - The support queue splits along the same lines: filter it by brand, and every ticket carries its brand's colour so a mixed queue is readable at a glance.
  • - Each brand gets its own numbers: open tickets, past due, median first reply, replies on time, satisfaction and how much your AI answered.
  • - Response promises can differ per brand. Promise a one hour first reply on your premium brand and four hours on the rest, without restating every other rule.
  • - A ticket keeps the brand it arrived under. Moving a mailbox to another brand later does not rewrite last quarter's reporting.
  • - Brands with history are archived rather than deleted, so their tickets and numbers stay intact.
  • - Give each brand its own logo. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP and it appears on the brand card and anywhere the brand is shown.
  • - Free includes one brand, Pro five, Business unlimited.
  • - Fixed: the Support and Browser extension pages showed raw text labels instead of the translated wording.
  • - Fixed: the assistant bubble no longer appears on the sign-in page or on pages your own customers open.
v1.167.0
8/31/2026
See demo
  • - New: Support. Every conversation that needs an answer now turns into a ticket in one queue, whatever channel it arrived on: website chat, a support mailbox, Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. You reply where the conversation already lives; the ticket keeps track of who owns it and what state it is in.
  • - Each ticket has a status, a priority and an owner, so nothing sits there being everyone's job. The first teammate to reply takes it automatically.
  • - Set response promises: how quickly you intend to send a first reply, and how quickly to finish. Tickets that are running out of time move to the top of the queue, and you get a Telegram message when one is missed.
  • - Promises can follow your working hours, so a four hour promise made on Friday evening is due Monday morning rather than over the weekend.
  • - Turn any connected mailbox into a support address from the Mailboxes screen. Everything written to it opens a ticket. Mailboxes you use for ordinary email are left alone.
  • - Internal notes let your team talk about a ticket without the customer seeing it, and every status, priority and owner change is recorded on the ticket.
  • - A customer who replies to a resolved ticket reopens it with a fresh response promise, because a reply means it was not resolved.
  • - Reporting shows median first reply time, median resolution time, how many replies met their promise, satisfaction, and how much your AI agent answered on its own.
  • - New webhooks: support.ticket.created, support.ticket.updated, support.ticket.resolved and support.ticket.breached, so you can mirror the queue into your own systems.
  • - Support is included on Pro and Business.
v1.166.0
8/29/2026
See demo
  • - CRM Solid is now free to install from the ikas App Store. Find it in your ikas panel, press install, approve the permissions, and pick a password. Your ikas email address is filled in for you, so that password is the only thing you type.
  • - You no longer need a CRM Solid account before you start. The store is connected the moment the account exists and the first sync begins straight away.
  • - The ikas integration now works on the free plan too: your store's customers and orders come into the CRM whatever plan you are on. Writing orders into Finance, the storefront chat widget and the messaging channels keep their own plan requirements, and the panel tells you which is which.
  • - Already have a CRM Solid account? The setup screen recognises it and connects the store with one click, and warns you first if a different store is already connected.
v1.165.0
8/29/2026
See demo
  • - Opening CRM Solid from your ikas panel now shows your store instead of a link. You see how many contacts and orders have been imported, when the last sync ran, whether realtime updates and storefront live chat are on, and the last few things the integration did, all without leaving ikas.
  • - There is a Sync now button on that screen, for when you have just changed something in your store and want it in the CRM straight away.
  • - The screen follows the language of your ikas panel.
  • - Fixed: opening the app from ikas used to sit on a loading spinner forever. ikas waits for the app to tell it the page is ready, and CRM Solid was never sending that signal.
v1.164.0
8/29/2026
See demo
  • - Scrapers is now Lead Discovery, and it searches six audience catalogues instead of one: 18.8 million X accounts, 3 million public Telegram channels, LinkedIn companies and decision makers, plus TikTok, YouTube and Bluesky.
  • - Build a search with real filters. On X you can filter by country, language, topic, follower count, follower-to-following ratio and posting activity. On LinkedIn you can ask for companies that have an email address, a website and a named founder or C-level contact.
  • - Preview before you spend. Every search has a free Preview that shows ten real results, so you can fix a filter before a single credit leaves your balance.
  • - Results become CRM contacts in one click, or download as CSV. LinkedIn companies arrive with the email address, the website and the social handles already filled in.
  • - Lead Discovery is now on every plan, the Free plan included. It used to be locked behind Pro.
  • - Your monthly credits went up: Free now gets 200 a month, Pro 15,000 and Business 150,000.
  • - You can buy extra credits when a month runs short. Packs of 5,000, 25,000 and 100,000 are available from Billing, they are a one-off purchase that leaves your subscription alone, and they never expire. Your monthly allowance is always spent first.
  • - A result you already have is never charged twice, so running the same search again only pays for what is new.
  • - Searches now run in the background with a live progress bar, and they survive a restart. Before, a scrape interrupted by a server restart could sit at 'Running' forever.
  • - Billing has a credit balance with a full history, so you can see exactly what each search cost and where every credit went.
  • - Telegram group member extraction is unchanged and still available on Pro and Business, now under its own tab.
  • - Fixed: running out of credits mid-scrape used to finish quietly and look like a completed job. It now stops with a clear message telling you what happened.
v1.163.0
8/28/2026
See demo
  • - You can now connect an ikas store. Integrations has an ikas card: paste the credentials from a private app in your own store and your customers, orders and abandoned carts start flowing into the CRM.
  • - Connecting ikas now takes one step where it is available: type your store name, approve CRM Solid on ikas's own screen, and you are done. Nothing to copy, no permissions to tick by hand. The private app method is still there under "Connect with a private app instead".
  • - Store customers become contacts automatically, matched on email or phone so nobody is added twice, and every new one gets an "ikas" tag you can filter by.
  • - Store orders land on the buyer's contact and, on plans with Finance, as income entries, so shop revenue shows up on your Finance dashboard. A refund updates the original entry instead of adding a second one.
  • - Abandoned checkouts are noted on the shopper's timeline so you can follow up on WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Nothing is sent automatically.
  • - Your ikas store can now show the CRM Solid chat widget without you editing a theme. Turn it on in Integrations and ikas serves the widget on every storefront page; turn it off and it comes straight back down.
  • - CRM Solid can now open inside the ikas admin panel itself, so the integration is reachable without leaving your store.
v1.162.0
8/28/2026
See demo
  • - CRM Solid now has an n8n node. Install "n8n-nodes-crmsolid" from Community Nodes in n8n and your workflows can create and update contacts, open deals and read conversations, with your API key as the only setup.
  • - API keys can now be sent in an X-Api-Key header as well as the usual Authorization header. Some AI gateways reserve Authorization for themselves, and this lets you connect through them without changing anything else.
v1.161.0

  • - The mobile app now covers what the web panel covers. Sending queue, business finder, surveys, inbox rules, payment links, alerts, group scrapers, playbooks, ad spend, webhooks, developer keys, AI usage and the do-not-contact list all have a screen on your phone.
  • - You can try the mobile app before signing up. "Explore the demo" on the sign-in screen opens a read-only workspace with sample data.
  • - You can reach us from inside the app. Support opens your tickets and your feedback threads in one place, and a reply from our team lands there instead of only in email.
  • - New accounts get a short setup checklist on the home screen. Each step opens the screen that finishes it, and the card disappears once you are done.
  • - You can delete your account from Settings. Your name, email and sign-in history are erased; records that accounting requires are kept without your personal details.
  • - Payment links can be created and shared from your phone. Enter an amount and the share sheet opens with the link ready to send.
  • - The business finder now dials, opens WhatsApp, or starts navigation for a company you found, and adds it to your CRM in one tap.
  • - Ad spend for Google, Meta and TikTok is visible on your phone, and a Meta or TikTok campaign can be paused from there when it is spending too fast.
  • - Sheets now drag down to close and follow the theme correctly. Buttons answer with a tap you can feel, screens slide the way the rest of the system does, and switching between light and dark repaints everything at once.
  • - Every new screen reads in your language: the app is fully translated in English and Turkish.
  • - Fixed: on a new account, the Contacts and Tasks tabs could fail to open until you had created your first board.
v1.160.0
8/27/2026
See demo
  • - The browser extension is live on the Chrome Web Store. You can install it in one click from crmsolid.com/chrome-extension, or from the Extension page inside your account, instead of loading it by hand.
  • - It works on any Chromium browser: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera and Arc all take the same install.
v1.159.0
8/26/2026
See demo
  • - The browser extension's first-run screen now lists everything it does before you save anything: what it reads, the two things it looks up without waiting for a click, and what it never does. If you accepted the old version, you will see the new one once.
  • - Our privacy policy now has a section about the extension by name, covering what it captures, where it is stored, how long it stays and how to revoke its access in one step.
  • - Installing the extension now lands on a page that shows the two things a new install needs, instead of asking you to sign in before you have tried it.
  • - Removing it now lands somewhere that asks why, rather than on a broken page.
  • - On LinkedIn the extension adds nothing to the page at all, and now there is nothing in it that could: the code for doing so has been removed, not just switched off. It reads a LinkedIn profile only when you open the panel yourself.
v1.158.0
8/26/2026
See demo
  • - Connecting an AI assistant now has its own page in the menu instead of hiding inside developer settings. Everything you need to link Claude, Cursor, VS Code or any other assistant to your workspace sits on one screen.
  • - The page opens with your server address, the key in use and whether the connection is ready, so you can see what is still missing without hunting for it.
  • - You can try a tool, a resource or a prompt straight from the page and read the raw answer before wiring it into your assistant.
  • - Plans that do not include the MCP server now see what it does and what it would unlock, rather than setup steps that would not work for them.
v1.157.0
8/25/2026
See demo
  • - The browser extension now scores X profiles while you browse. Open anyone's profile and a card appears under their bio with two numbers: how good a lead they look like, and how far their posts actually travel.
  • - The two scores are kept separate on purpose. A one-person agency with 900 real followers is a strong lead and a small account, and a single blended number would hide that.
  • - The card explains itself. It lists the reasons behind the score, worst first, so you can see whether someone scored low because they are a poor fit or because their bio simply has no way to contact them.
  • - Deep analysis, on Pro and Business, adds a fake-follower audit and an account valuation for a profile you care about. It tells you what share of an audience is real before you spend time on the person.
  • - A profile you already saved shows as in your CRM instead of offering to save it again.
  • - The score card works on the free plan. Deep analysis has a daily allowance, and re-checking a profile someone already analysed never uses one.
v1.156.0
8/25/2026
See demo
  • - The help centre has been rebuilt around what the product actually does today. It now has a short guide for every screen: what it is for, the exact steps to use it, and the one thing people usually get wrong.
  • - One search box covers every guide and every answer, so you can type what you are stuck on instead of hunting through tabs.
  • - Each guide says whether it is included in your plan, so you can see at a glance what you already have and what an upgrade would add.
  • - A new Get started tab shows your own setup checklist and the four steps that take a new workspace from empty to its first automatic follow up.
  • - Close to forty answers to the questions people really ask, covering channels, contacts, outreach, AI agents, plans and the things that commonly go wrong.
  • - Asking us for help now sits on the same screen as the guides, and your past conversations with support stay there.
v1.155.0
8/25/2026
See demo
  • - Connecting an AI assistant to CRM Solid is now a three step guide instead of a single config file. Pick your assistant, copy the one command or file it needs, and check the connection with a suggested question.
  • - The guide now covers Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf and ChatGPT, each with the exact file it reads and where that file lives on your computer.
  • - It also tells you how to keep your key out of the file itself, so a config you share with your team does not carry your credentials.
  • - A new troubleshooting list explains the errors people actually hit, such as a refused key, a missing permission, or an assistant that connects but shows no tools, and what to do about each one.
  • - Fixed the Developers page: opening the MCP tab could show an error screen instead of the tool list.
v1.154.0
8/24/2026
See demo
  • - Your social inbox and your post scheduler are now available to AI assistants. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to CRM Solid and ask it to read your Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn or X messages, draft a reply, and send it for you.
  • - The same assistant can plan and schedule your posts: ask what is going out this week, write a post for two networks at once, move a scheduled post to another time, or cancel one.
  • - Three ready-made assistant shortcuts come with it: triage the social inbox and see who has been waiting longest, plan next week's posts from what actually worked, and draft a reply to any conversation.
  • - Nothing posts to a live audience by accident. An assistant has to say explicitly that a post should go out now, otherwise it must give a future date and time.
  • - The same features are on the public API for developers, with four new key permissions so you can hand out read-only access to messages without giving away the ability to send or publish.
v1.153.0
8/23/2026
See demo
  • - New Ads Studio: build a Google, Meta or TikTok campaign inside the CRM instead of in three different ad managers. One screen covers the campaign, its ad groups, its keywords and its ads.
  • - Every campaign is checked against the ad network's own rules before it goes anywhere, so you find out about a headline that is two characters too long while you are writing it, not after the network rejects your campaign.
  • - Campaigns go through review before they go live: build, send for approval, approve, then publish. Nothing reaches an ad account until somebody signs off on it, and a rejection comes back with a note saying what to change.
  • - You can test a campaign against the real ad network without creating anything, so you can be sure it will be accepted before you publish it.
  • - AI writes your ad copy from a short description of what you are selling, in Turkish, English or Russian, and keeps every headline and description inside the network's character limits.
  • - Campaigns are published paused by default, so nothing starts spending before you are ready.
v1.152.0
8/17/2026
See demo
  • - The Free plan now includes a second team member, so you can invite one colleague into your workspace without upgrading.
  • - Browser extension: saving a profile you already have no longer moves that contact back to an earlier sales stage. Re-saving now only fills in blanks and refreshes the profile.
  • - Browser extension: contacts saved while you were offline are never discarded. If one keeps failing to sync it is kept and flagged instead of quietly disappearing.
  • - Browser extension: connecting a browser is now a single click from your account, with no code to type. The code is still there for connecting a browser on another device.
v1.151.0
8/16/2026
See demo
  • - New browser extension: save any LinkedIn, X or Instagram profile straight into your CRM with one click, without leaving the page. It also works on any other web page you want to keep as a lead.
  • - The extension tells you when somebody is already in your CRM before you save them, so you never end up with the same person twice. If you save the same person from two networks, both profiles are attached to one contact.
  • - You can add a note, tags and a board while you save, and everything lands on the contact's timeline. Included on every plan, the Free one too.
  • - Connect your browser from Settings, or from the new Browser extension page, where you can also see and disconnect every browser linked to your account.
v1.150.1
8/15/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed sending photos and other files to WhatsApp contacts from the inbox. Attachments were being rejected by WhatsApp and the message stayed stuck as failed. Images, videos, voice notes and documents now go through normally.
v1.150.0
8/14/2026
See demo
  • - The Accounts page now shows every allowance your plan includes, not just account slots: social channels and email mailboxes each get their own usage bar, and an allowance you don't have is labelled instead of showing a confusing zero.
  • - Features that belong to a higher plan were reachable on smaller plans by mistake. Ad accounts, advanced analytics, visitor insights, hot-visitor alerts, the MCP server, comment-to-DM, A/B testing and outreach on X and social now match exactly what your plan includes.
  • - Pages you can't use on your current plan are no longer offered in the menu only to fail when you open them. They now lead straight to a clear upgrade screen.
v1.149.0
8/14/2026
See demo
  • - When our team answers one of your support tickets, the reply now also arrives in your email inbox, so you don't need to keep the app open to know we got back to you. You can turn this off per reply on our side, and answering a ticket from the Help page works exactly as before.
  • - Support tickets no longer get stuck looking answered when you write back. Your new message now always moves the ticket back into our queue, so it can't be overlooked.
v1.148.0
8/14/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed a problem where your connected accounts could be switched off if a payment failed or a subscription ended. You now always fall back to the free plan and keep the accounts that plan allows, instead of losing access to all of them.
  • - Group member sourcing credits now reset at the start of every month, the way they were always meant to. Before this, the counter never went back to zero, so the credits could run out for good.
  • - Mailbox and live chat limits now match what your plan actually includes.
v1.147.0
8/14/2026
See demo
  • - Your connected account credentials are now encrypted in our database. Email sending passwords, proxy passwords, X (Twitter) session keys and webhook signing secrets are all stored scrambled, so even in the worst case of someone getting a copy of the database, your credentials stay unreadable.
  • - Sign-in is now protected against password guessing. After several failed attempts in a row, sign-in for that address is paused for a few minutes. Signing in normally is completely unaffected.
  • - Password reset and email verification links are now stored more safely on our side, and new passwords must be at least 8 characters.
  • - We tightened what our own systems write into technical logs, so passwords, keys and sign-in tokens never end up in log files.
v1.146.2
8/13/2026
See demo
  • - The emails we send you now look right everywhere. Buttons render properly in Outlook on Windows instead of collapsing into plain text, the whole email switches to a dark design when your email app is in dark mode, and nothing runs off the side of the screen on a phone.
  • - You can now choose which emails you want from us. Every email that is not about your billing or your account security carries a link to a preferences page where you can turn off onboarding help, the weekly summary or product news, without signing in.
v1.146.1
8/13/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed notifications carrying over between accounts. If you signed out and someone else signed in on the same browser tab, the bell could still show the previous account's messages until the page was reloaded. Switching accounts now clears the bell, the muted chats list and the live connection straight away.
v1.146.0
8/13/2026
See demo
  • - You can now import contacts from a CSV file. Contacts → Import → CSV file, drop the file in, and we match your columns to the right fields for you. Works with commas, semicolons and tabs, so a spreadsheet saved in Excel goes straight in.
  • - The import tells you what it did: how many contacts were created, how many were already there, and which rows it could not use. Contacts you already have are only filled in where fields were blank, so nothing you typed gets overwritten.
  • - You can tag everyone in the file as it comes in, which makes that list easy to find and message later.
  • - When you send us feedback, we can now write back. Our answer lands in your email and stays in the app behind the feedback button, so you can keep the conversation going instead of waiting for silence.
  • - The feedback button shows a dot when a reply is waiting for you, and My conversations keeps everything you have written to us in one place.
v1.145.0
8/12/2026
See demo
  • - You can now send photos, videos and files in Telegram chats. Use the paperclip, drag a file onto the chat, or just paste a screenshot with Ctrl+V and add a caption before you send.
  • - Photos and files your customers send you on Telegram now show up in the chat instead of only saying [Photo].
  • - Messages that Telegram refuses to deliver no longer look like they were sent. The message is marked as failed with the reason, and you get a Retry button.
  • - Fixed the real cause behind messages not going out. Loading profile pictures was making thousands of calls to Telegram a day, which put the account into Telegram's rate limit, and your actual messages were then blocked by it. Profile pictures now cost almost nothing.
  • - When Telegram asks us to wait before sending, we now wait it out instead of giving up after a few minutes and losing the message.
v1.144.0
8/4/2026

  • - The assistant can now work out the numbers and hand you the file. Ask for last quarter's revenue as a spreadsheet, a summary as a PDF, or a chart you can keep, and it builds the real file and puts a download button next to its answer.
  • - It now thinks a question through before answering. On anything that needs comparing, planning or reasoning across several parts of your business, the answers are noticeably better.
  • - Longer answers no longer stop halfway. Detailed analysis and multi step work now run to the end instead of getting cut off.

  • - New Comment to DM page. Instagram and Facebook do not let you message someone who has never written to you, and answering a comment privately is the one way they do allow. Set a keyword, write the message, and anyone who comments it gets your message in their inbox.
  • - You can add a button with a link to that message. On Instagram this matters: a plain link is not shown to people who do not follow you, but a button is. You can also post a short public reply under the comment.
  • - Each automation shows how many times it fired and how many messages went out, so you can tell whether your keyword is actually being used.
  • - Email campaigns now send up to 50 messages a day per mailbox by default instead of 200. High volume from a single mailbox is what gets a sending domain flagged. If you need more, raise the limit on the campaign or add another mailbox.
  • - Choosing X as a campaign channel now warns you that X only allows automated messages to people who wrote to you first.

  • - You can now see a message before you send it. Press Preview under any step and it shows the message with the names filled in, exactly as the person will receive it.
  • - If you use a variable we do not know, such as company, the step now warns you while you write instead of quietly sending the message with a gap in it.
  • - The variable list now also shows last name, which worked all along but was never mentioned.
  • - On WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook the campaign funnel now shows how many messages were delivered and read, not just sent. Channels that do not report this stay as they were.

  • - You can now test different wordings of the same message. Write your message, press Test another wording, and add up to three more. Contacts get them in turn and the campaign page tells you which one earns more replies.
  • - Importing a list no longer breaks on company names that contain a comma. Files saved by Excel with semicolons, and text pasted straight from a spreadsheet, are read correctly too.
  • - Outreach emails now go out in both formatted and plain text. Some inboxes treat a formatted only email as a bad sign, so this helps your messages land.
  • - The contact list on a campaign can now be filtered by Unsubscribed and Paused as well, so you can see everyone who opted out.

  • - A message that fails for a passing reason, like a mail server timing out or a network asking us to slow down, is now tried again a few times over the next hours. Before, one hiccup stopped that person's campaign for good.
  • - Campaign figures are real now. Sent counts the messages actually sent instead of guessing from how far people got, and on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook you also see how many were delivered and read.
  • - Direct messages on social networks are fixed. New chats started from a campaign were leaving without a recipient and never arrived; they go through now.
  • - When a network does not let you write to someone who has never written to you, the campaign says so plainly and moves on, instead of trying anyway and reporting a wrong reason.
  • - Editing a campaign that keeps adding matching contacts no longer clears who it was looking for. Your audience filter is shown when you open it and stays saved.
  • - A campaign whose goal is Any reply now finishes for that person when they answer.
  • - Email campaigns now only send from mailboxes you connected yourself.

  • - Found companies can now go straight into an outreach campaign. Pick the ones you want, choose a campaign, and they are added to your contacts and enrolled in one step.
  • - Before anything is sent, we show how many of the selected companies your campaign can actually reach on its channels, and warn you if most of them have no email or phone to write to.
  • - Companies already on your do-not-contact list, or already in that campaign, are skipped automatically.
  • - The Sequences section is now called Outreach, and a sequence is now called a campaign.

  • - Business Finder now searches a ready-made database of every business in Türkiye, so results come back in seconds instead of minutes.
  • - Company social media accounts are now included. You get the Facebook page from the map data, and we also read each company's own website to find their Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube.
  • - Filter your list by social network: show only companies with an Instagram, or only those on LinkedIn, and work them as separate campaigns.
  • - Social profiles are shown as clickable icons in the results, included in the CSV export, and carried over when you add a company to your contacts.
  • - Instagram and LinkedIn accounts keep filling in over the coming days: we work through company websites steadily in the background, so a company that shows only a phone number today may show its social accounts next week.

  • - New Business Finder: pick a province, a district and an industry, and get back real companies with their phone numbers, emails and websites. Around 1.9 million businesses across Türkiye are covered, and roughly two in three come with a phone number.
  • - Filter the results down to what you can actually work: only companies with a phone, only those with an email, or only the ones you have not added to your CRM yet.
  • - Add companies to your contacts in one click, alone or in bulk. A company you already have is matched to the existing contact by phone or email instead of creating a second copy, so your list stays clean.
  • - Export any selection to CSV, ready for a spreadsheet.
  • - Run the same search twice and nothing is duplicated: companies you already found are recognised and skipped.

  • - Answer a chat from your own phone and the AI now steps back on its own. The chat switches to human mode and the AI stops replying there until you turn it back on, so it never talks over you.
  • - This only reacts to messages you type yourself, in the WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram app. Replies sent by the AI, by your campaigns or from the panel leave the chat exactly as it was.

  • - Your sequences now read what a reply actually says. An out of office no longer ends the sequence: it pauses and picks up again after the person is back, using the return date from their own message.
  • - Someone who says they are not interested is stopped everywhere and added to your do not contact list, instead of just being marked as replied and contacted again by your next campaign.
  • - Angry replies are stopped immediately and flagged, so you see them instead of keeping the messages coming.
  • - AI written steps now use what you already know about the person: their tags, notes, lead score, location and your last conversation. The AI is told to use only these facts, so it stops inventing details.
  • - See which message version wins. If a step sends more than one version, the sequence page shows how many people each reached and how many replied, and marks the winner once there is enough data to be sure.
  • - Every connected mailbox now shows a health score, so you can see whether it is ready before you start a campaign. Open it to check your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, your bounce and spam complaint rates, and a short list of what to fix. Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft reject bulk email from domains missing these records, so you find out before you send instead of after.
