v1.131.0
7/27/2026
See demo
  • - The Billing page now tells you what each plan actually includes. Plan cards list the real contents - account slots with how many social accounts are included, email inboxes, live chat sites, pipelines, API access - instead of vague labels like 'Standard Features'.
  • - The 'Connect an account' window now explains what an upgrade unlocks. When your plan is what's blocking a connection, a clear prompt shows which channels or slots the next plan adds and takes you straight to Billing.
  • - On a brand-new workspace the dashboard's main button is now 'Add account' and takes you to the Accounts page, since connecting an account is the first step before adding contacts.
v1.130.1
7/27/2026
See demo
  • - Free plan accounts no longer get stopped by an 'Your free trial has ended' screen. The Free plan never expires, but simply opening the dashboard could pop that upgrade wall and lock the panel. Paid features you don't have yet now just stay unavailable instead of blocking the whole app.
  • - The Free plan no longer shows a red 'Trial ends today' countdown in the top bar. Your free plan has no end date, so there is nothing to count down.
  • - The dashboard no longer shows an empty revenue chart to accounts without the Finance module. That space now goes to Live Visitors instead.
v1.130.0
7/27/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed the close button on chat widgets installed on prerendered or statically built sites. Those pages could ship a frozen copy of the widget inside their HTML, so visitors saw a second launcher and the X button appeared to do nothing. The widget now clears the leftover copy before it starts, and closes properly again.
  • - Your welcome message is visible the moment a visitor opens the chat. When the suggested questions were long enough to fill the panel, the chat opened scrolled past your greeting and visitors met a wall of buttons instead.
v1.129.1
7/26/2026
See demo
  • - Your website chat stops repeating itself. Once it has told a visitor that someone from your team is being brought in, it no longer replies with that same sentence to every message they send afterwards. Your team still gets notified for each new message, and the chat still shows that a person is on the way.
v1.129.0
7/26/2026
See demo
  • - Website visitors no longer look like Telegram contacts. Leads from your live chat widget used to show a Telegram badge in the contacts list, because website chat had no channel of its own. They now carry their own Live Chat badge everywhere - the list, the preview panel and the chat header - and the contacts you already have were corrected too.
  • - Fixed garbled characters in the website chat's offline message. Visitors writing outside your working hours were shown a reply full of broken letters instead of your text.
v1.128.0
7/25/2026
See demo
  • - Your AI agent now learns from the replies you write yourself. Every answer you type by hand in its inboxes is studied next to the customer message it answered, so the agent picks up your wording and your way of handling things without you pressing a single button. If it had just replied and you wrote something else instead, it treats that as a correction and stops repeating the mistake.
  • - Facts it learns wait for your approval. Prices, policies, delivery times and the like are collected under a new Learning tab on each agent; they are only used in real replies once you approve them, so nothing goes out to a customer unchecked. The same tab shows what the agent has learned so far and lets you delete anything you disagree with, and you can switch the whole thing off per agent.
  • - New Channel routing screen answers the question the agent list could not: who replies in this inbox? It lists every connected Telegram account, WhatsApp and Instagram line, website widget and mailbox with the agents assigned to it, warns you when an inbox has nobody watching it, and lets you change the assignment right there.
  • - You can finally point an agent at one specific inbox. Until now only Telegram accounts could be picked, and a Telegram account could be confused with an X account that happened to share a number. Social accounts, mailboxes and website widgets can now be chosen too, each on its own.
  • - AI on your website chat works with account settings again. An agent limited to specific accounts could never reply on a live chat widget, silently. It does now.
  • - Email replies use everything the agent knows. The AI answering your inbox rules now writes with the same persona, knowledge and learned corrections it uses everywhere else, instead of a stripped-down version that ignored every lesson you taught it.
  • - Editing an AI suggestion before sending it now teaches the agent. The difference between what it proposed and what you actually sent becomes its next lesson.
  • - You can silence one noisy chat. A bot or an automated feed that writes all day no longer has to ping your phone: every notification now carries a "Mute this chat" button, and the chat header in the panel has a bell you can switch off. The conversation keeps arriving in the panel and your AI agent keeps answering as usual - only the phone goes quiet. Turn it back on from the same bell, or from the contact card in the Telegram bot.
  • - Muted and archived chats no longer make a sound in the panel, and they stop showing up in the notification bell. New messages still land in the chat list exactly as before - the chime and the bell just leave them alone.
v1.127.0
7/25/2026
See demo
  • - Send website chat visitors straight to the right board. Your live chat widget now appears in a pipeline's feeding sources, so new visitors from that site land on the board you picked instead of the default one.
  • - Chat replies read the way they were written. Bold text shows as bold instead of raw stars, and links inside a reply are now clickable.
  • - Suggested questions no longer disappear after the first pick. Visitors get five at a time, and once a question is answered the remaining ones come back under the reply, so they can keep browsing without typing.
  • - No more stray asterisks in your chats. AI replies used to reach WhatsApp and Instagram as "**Instagram Takipçi**" because those apps expect single asterisks for bold. Outgoing text is now converted to the format each app understands, and the panel renders bold, italic and links properly instead of showing the raw symbols.
  • - You hear new messages arrive. With the panel open, every incoming message now plays a short chime so you can look over the moment a customer writes: live chat, Telegram and social inbox alike. It was silent before because the sound file it looked for did not exist.
  • - Give your chat team working hours. When someone asks for a human outside those hours they get your offline message instead of a promise that a person is about to reply, while your AI assistant keeps answering as usual.
v1.126.1
7/25/2026
See demo
  • - Live chat now works on your own website. Until now the chat widget only opened on our own pages: on your site it stayed invisible, and when it did open, visitor messages could not be sent. Paste the snippet on any domain and it now loads, chats and delivers messages normally.
v1.126.0
7/25/2026
See demo
  • - Replies your AI agent sent are marked again in the chat. Every AI message now carries the "AI Agent" badge with the agent's name, so you can tell at a glance who answered your customer: your team or the AI. This had quietly stopped showing up in all chats.
  • - Teaching the AI is back with it. Under any AI reply you get a thumbs-up for a good answer and a "Was this reply wrong?" button that now asks two things: what was wrong, and what it should have said instead. The correction goes straight into the agent's memory and shapes its very next reply.
v1.125.0
7/25/2026
See demo
  • - When an alert fires, the AI now steps aside. The customer gets exactly one reply (the alert's message, or the agent's answer if the alert sends nothing) and then the AI pauses for that contact until you or a teammate resumes it - so an escalated customer talks to a human, not a chatty bot.
  • - This is on by default for every alert rule and can be turned off per rule in the alert editor. First-contact alerts never pause the AI, so welcoming new customers keeps working as before.
  • - The Test playground shows this too: when a test message would fire an alert, its card now says the AI would pause for that contact after the one reply.
v1.124.0
7/24/2026
See demo
  • - The Test playground now tests your Alerts too. Send a sample customer message and instantly see which alert rules would fire for it: an alert card appears above the agent's reply with the rule's name, why it matched and how confident the AI judge was.
  • - The card shows the full picture: the exact reply the customer would receive, where you would be notified (in-app, Slack, Telegram and so on), whether the alert would replace the agent's normal reply, and whether quiet hours would hold the customer message right now.
  • - Every test message also shows a small "alerts" counter so you always know how many rules were checked - and nothing is ever sent, recorded or counted against your alert limits while testing.
v1.123.0
7/24/2026
See demo
  • - New: teach your agent right in the Test playground. If a test reply is wrong, hit "Tweak": select the exact part that's wrong, say why, and write what it should have said. The agent saves the lesson to its memory and applies it from the very next message, in tests and in real chats.
  • - Hit "Try again" after a tweak to re-send the same message and watch the corrected reply, or give a good reply a thumbs-up so the agent keeps that style.
  • - A new "Agent memory" list under the playground shows every lesson your agent has learned, where it came from (test or live chat), and lets you make it forget any lesson with one click.
  • - Test replies now use the exact same brain as live replies: your business context, knowledge and saved lessons all apply, and a small "memory" tag shows how many lessons shaped each reply.
v1.122.0
7/24/2026
See demo
  • - New: AI usage & cost. A new page under Settings shows how much your account spends on AI, broken down by feature, so you can see what your AI agents, alerts and the in-panel assistant actually cost. Pick the last 7, 30 or 90 days and see the estimated cost, number of AI calls and tokens used, with the biggest spenders at the top.
  • - Your AI Alerts now count towards this too: every time an alert checks a message, its cost is recorded so nothing about your AI spend is hidden.
  • - The dollar figures are estimates based on public AI prices, meant to help you understand and compare, not replace your provider's invoice.
v1.121.0
7/24/2026
See demo
  • - Telegram notifications got a full redesign. They now arrive as clean, easy-to-scan cards: a clear title, a subtle context line, and the customer's message shown as a proper quote instead of a wall of labels and emoji.
  • - Actions are now real buttons in Telegram's newest style, with colors: blue for "Reply" and "Open conversation", green for "View post", red when something urgent needs you.
  • - Long customer messages fold into a tap-to-expand quote, so notifications stay short without losing the full text.
  • - Urgent alerts land with a fire animation, and a published post arrives with a small celebration effect, so you can tell what happened before you even read it.
  • - Telegram notifications now follow your language: English, Turkish or Russian.
v1.120.0
7/24/2026
See demo
  • - New: Alerts. On any AI agent you can now say, in your own words, what you never want to miss: "the customer is asking for a refund", "they mention a competitor", "they are ready to buy". When it happens, CRM Solid replies to the customer with the message you wrote and tells you straight away.
  • - You choose how you hear about it: in the app, on your phone, by email, in Telegram, in a Slack or Discord channel, or on your own webhook. If you have not set anything up, we email you and message you on Telegram so nothing is missed.
  • - Alerts can also do the work for you: pause the AI so a person takes over, tag the contact, move them along your pipeline, assign a teammate, or create a task.
  • - Ready-made alerts get you started in one click, for refund requests, customers about to leave, buying signals, angry messages, and customers left waiting too long.
  • - Test any alert before you switch it on. Paste something a customer might say and see whether it would trigger and exactly what would be sent, without messaging anyone.
  • - Built-in limits keep it calm: one alert per customer per hour, a daily cap, and quiet hours so nothing is sent to your customers at 3am. You are still told immediately when something is urgent.
  • - Slack and Discord alerts now arrive properly formatted, with the customer's message and a button that opens the conversation.
v1.119.1
7/24/2026
See demo
  • - Chatting feels instant again. When you hit send, the message box clears right away and your message appears in the conversation immediately, instead of the text sitting in the box for a second or two while it was being delivered.
  • - You can now type and send the next message without waiting for the previous one to finish sending.
  • - Open conversations are smoother in general: the chat no longer redraws itself every few seconds in the background, and the "syncing" note only shows up when a refresh really takes a while.
v1.119.0
7/19/2026
See demo
  • - Finance now shows your net profit month by month. A new "Monthly net profit" chart lets you compare months at a glance — for example June vs July — with one bar per month: green when you turned a profit and red when you spent more than you earned. Switch between the last 12 months and the current year, and see your total, best month and monthly average.
  • - Your home dashboard shows the same month-by-month profit chart, so you can see how each month is trending the moment you sign in.
v1.118.2
7/18/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed an error that appeared when you sent a very long message in a chat. The message was actually delivered, but the app showed a "save" error right afterwards — that no longer happens.
v1.118.1
7/16/2026
See demo
  • - Your Telegram accounts are now better protected from bans. If Telegram warns that one of your accounts is sending too fast, CRM Solid pauses that account for a couple of hours instead of pushing on. Before, it kept sending at full speed, which is the fastest way to get an account limited.
  • - The Getting Started checklist now only shows steps your plan actually includes. On the Free plan it no longer asks you to create a deal, a paid feature, so the checklist can be finished instead of being stuck one step short forever.
  • - Your dashboard now shows numbers that match your plan. On the Free plan you see your contacts, AI runs and active sequences, instead of empty cards for features you do not have yet.
v1.118.0
7/16/2026
See demo
  • - Your AI agents just got noticeably smarter. Every auto-reply now knows who it's talking to — the customer's name, company, pipeline stage, tags and your CRM notes — and always answers in the customer's own language, so replies feel personal instead of generic.
  • - Teach your AI right in the chat: tap 👍 on a reply you like or flag one that's wrong and say why. The agent learns from both — repeating the good replies and avoiding the mistakes — and the most relevant lessons are used for each new message. This now works across every channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, X and more), not just Telegram.
  • - AI agents now honor your per-agent model and creativity settings, and your automation rules (reply with a set answer, hand off to a human, block, move a deal's stage or add a tag) now run automatically on incoming messages.
v1.117.0
7/15/2026
See demo
  • - The contacts pipeline board has a fresh look: each stage now has its own soft color, and contact cards are cleaner and easier to scan at a glance. Every card shows the channel it came from (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and more), the teammate it's assigned to, and its latest message, so you can read your whole pipeline without opening a single card.
  • - You can now add a contact straight from any stage with a quick "+ Add contact" button at the bottom of each column.
v1.116.0
7/14/2026
See demo
  • - New: a guided setup experience for brand-new accounts. The first time you sign in, a short welcome shows what your plan can do, then a "Getting started" checklist on your dashboard walks you through the essentials: connecting an account, adding your first contact, sending a message, creating a deal and more. Steps tick off automatically as you actually do them, and the list adapts to your plan.
  • - The checklist quietly disappears once you've finished (or you can dismiss it any time), so it helps you get going without getting in the way.
v1.115.3
7/14/2026
See demo
  • - The live chat widget is now fully translated in German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Italian. The chat tabs, greeting, Helpdesk labels and rating prompt no longer fall back to English for visitors in those languages.
  • - Reliability: the chat widget now loads in strict-privacy browsers and sandboxed embeds instead of failing to appear, and the Send button no longer silently ignores a first message typed while the chat is still connecting.
v1.115.2
7/14/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed: the "Email me this conversation" button in the live chat widget showed a "Could not send" error when the chat had no messages yet. The button now appears once the conversation actually starts, so it always works when visitors see it.
v1.115.1
7/14/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed: the redesigned live chat widget could show up on your website with broken spacing — the header squeezed together, suggested-reply buttons looking like plain links, and message bubbles hugging the edge. The widget now renders exactly as designed, and updates like this one reach your site within minutes instead of hours.
v1.115.0
7/14/2026
See demo
  • - Your live chat widget has a brand-new 2026 look. Pick one of two premium styles — Aurora (warm and friendly) or Slate (clean and corporate) — then make it yours with your own color, light/dark mode, and a row of team avatars in the header so visitors see the real people behind the chat.
  • - New: a Helpdesk tab. Add your own help articles with a title, category and read time; visitors can search them and open a link or ask your bot right in the chat.
  • - New: suggested-reply buttons under the opening message, and an optional 👍 / 👎 rating on each assistant reply so you can see what's actually helping your visitors.
v1.114.1
7/4/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed: some accounts on the Free plan saw a "Your free trial has ended" screen right after signing up or logging in, even though the Free plan never expires. The Free plan now works exactly as promised — free forever, no paywall.
v1.114.0
7/3/2026
See demo
  • - Plans now have their own page: crmsolid.com/pricing compares Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise side by side — every limit, every feature, plus answers to common billing questions. The "Pricing" links across the site now take you there, and the "Compare" link under the plan cards finally goes where it promises.
v1.113.0
7/3/2026
See demo
  • - Connected mailboxes now recover on their own. If your email provider is briefly unreachable, the inbox keeps retrying in the background and catches up on everything that arrived in the meantime — no more pressing "Test" to restart syncing, and no missed emails.
  • - Email syncing is faster and lighter: messages you already have are no longer re-downloaded on every check, and one slow mailbox no longer delays the others.
v1.112.0
7/3/2026
See demo
  • - Message limits are gone. No plan limits how many messages you send or how many conversations you have anymore, on any plan, Free included. The usage bar in the sidebar is gone too. Only exception: publishing posts to X (Twitter) keeps its monthly fair-use allowance because X charges fees per post.
  • - Signing up is simpler. Google sign-up now sits at the top of the first step, the form asks only for what matters, and if you arrive from a pricing page your chosen plan is already selected.
  • - Choosing a plan at sign-up is cleaner: each plan is one compact row with its real numbers (slots and included social accounts) and the platforms you can connect.
v1.111.0
7/3/2026
See demo
  • - Plans are simpler now. Your plan gives you account slots — 8 on Pro, 30 on Business — and any slot can hold any platform: Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and more.
  • - WhatsApp is now available on every paid plan, Pro included. Connect it from the Accounts page like any other platform — existing connections keep working as before.
  • - Your plan price includes connected social accounts — 3 on Pro, 10 on Business. Want more? Extra social accounts are $6/month each; contact support to enable them. Accounts you already connected keep working.
  • - Every account you connect is fully loaded: DMs arrive in your unified inbox (on platforms that support messaging), posts go out from the scheduler, and contacts flow into your CRM automatically.
  • - Publishing posts that contain a link to X (Twitter) now has its own monthly allowance (20 on Pro, 60 on Business) inside your X post limit, because X charges much higher fees for link posts. Plain posts, DMs and replies are unaffected.
v1.110.0
7/3/2026
See demo
  • - Plans now come with a clear social channel allowance: Pro includes up to 3 social channels and Business up to 10, inside your existing connected-accounts pool (8 on Pro, 30 on Business). Channels you have already connected keep working — the new limits only apply when you connect something new.
  • - WhatsApp is now a Business plan channel. Existing WhatsApp connections on other plans keep working; connecting a new WhatsApp number requires Business.
  • - Publishing to X (Twitter) now has a monthly fair-use allowance: 50 posts on Pro and 300 posts on Business. The counter resets at the start of each month.
  • - Need more social channels than your plan includes? Extra channels are available as a $6/month add-on each — contact support to enable them.
  • - The Pro plan is now $24.99/month (or $20.82/month billed yearly). The Free plan stays free forever with one connected Telegram account.
v1.109.0
7/2/2026
See demo
  • - You can now connect WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook using Meta's official APIs. When the option is available on your server, the connect window lets you pick "Official Meta API" to link your own Meta business assets directly — messages, media, read receipts and AI replies all work the same way. Accounts connected the classic way keep working unchanged, and accounts connected through the official API show an "Official API" badge on the Accounts page.
v1.108.0
6/26/2026
See demo
  • - Your inbox can now run on autopilot. Create rules that act on incoming email automatically — based on the sender, subject, or keywords, CRM Solid can forward the message to another address, assign it to a teammate, add a label, set its status, mark it as read, or send an automatic reply. Auto-replies can be a fixed message you write, or a smart answer from one of your AI Agents. Open your inbox, click the sliders icon, and build your first rule. Available on Pro and Business plans.
v1.107.0
6/25/2026
See demo
  • - Your plan's account limit is now one simple pool. Instead of separate "DM accounts" and "social accounts" quotas, you'll see a single "Connected accounts" number that covers Telegram, X and all your social channels together — connect them in whatever mix you like, up to your plan's total.
v1.106.1
6/24/2026
See demo
  • - The Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads pages now show a friendly "Coming soon" message — these advertising integrations aren't live yet. They're also marked with a "Soon" tag in the menu so you know what to expect before clicking.
v1.106.0
6/23/2026
See demo
  • - AI agent replies in a contact's chat are now clearly marked with an "AI Agent" badge, so you can tell at a glance which messages your AI answered versus the ones you sent yourself.
  • - You can now teach your AI agent right from the chat. If a reply was off, click "Was this reply wrong?" under it, explain what went wrong, and your agent learns from it - it takes your past corrections into account on future replies and avoids repeating the same mistakes.
  • - Fixed an issue where some Telegram contacts showed "Username required for messaging" and couldn't be messaged. You can now message any Telegram contact you've spoken with before, even if they don't have a public @username.
v1.105.0
6/18/2026
See demo
  • - AI suggested replies now actually read the conversation on WhatsApp, Instagram, X and other social channels. Before, a suggestion on those chats was written without the message history, so it came out generic and off-topic — now it uses the recent back-and-forth just like it already did on Telegram and live chat.
  • - You can now ask for a suggested reply in the voice of one of your AI Agents. When an agent covers that chat's channel, the suggestion panel lets you pick it, and the draft follows that agent's persona and knowledge — handy for staying on-brand without turning on auto-reply.
v1.104.1
6/18/2026
See demo
  • - The Contacts page is now fully translated — every label, button, status and dialog reads correctly in Turkish and Russian, not just English.
v1.104.0
6/16/2026
See demo
  • - The in-app AI assistant now streams its answer as it's written — replies appear word by word instead of making you wait for the whole thing, so it feels much faster. You can stop a reply while it's still being written, and if something goes wrong there's a one-click retry. Error messages now appear in your own language too.
v1.103.3
6/16/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed a remaining case where the AI agent could still send two replies to the same conversation — when a new message arrived while the agent was already preparing its answer. It now finishes the current reply before looking at anything new, and folds a message that came in mid-reply into a single follow-up, so each burst gets exactly one response. Applies to WhatsApp, Instagram and other social chats, Telegram, X and the website live chat.
v1.103.2
6/16/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed the Live Visitors view showing a returning visitor as 'Unknown' device, 'Unknown' location and 'Direct' source. When someone switched tabs, locked their phone or minimised the browser and then came back, the live board and map were dropping their device, country and traffic source — now that detail is kept, so visitors stay correctly placed on the map.
  • - Gave the Live Visitors world map a cleaner, more recognisable look — the continents are now drawn properly instead of rough blobs.
v1.103.1
6/16/2026
See demo
  • - Live chat reliability fixes: the 'typing…' indicator no longer gets stuck on forever, the visitor's chat keeps receiving replies after a brief network drop, and a chat answered automatically by your AI is no longer left marked as unread / waiting for a reply in your panel.
  • - Live chat business hours now show online or offline correctly even when the opening and closing times are entered without a leading zero (for example 9:00).
v1.103.0
6/16/2026
See demo
  • - Meet your new in-app AI assistant! Click the chat button in the bottom-right corner of any page and ask questions in plain language — in your own language. It can look up your own contacts, deals, invoices, finances, tasks, conversations and website visitors, answer things like "what's my revenue this month?" or "show my open deals", and point you to the right page for whatever you want to do next.
v1.102.0
6/16/2026
See demo
  • - Added Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads to your panel. Connect your ad accounts and see spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, cost-per-click, conversions and ROAS right alongside your Google Ads — with a per-campaign breakdown for each.
  • - You can now manage your Meta and TikTok campaigns without leaving CRMSolid: pause or resume a campaign and edit its daily budget straight from the campaigns table.
v1.101.3
6/15/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed AI agents replying to every message separately when a customer sends several messages in a row. The agent now waits a few seconds for the customer to finish, then reads the whole burst and sends one coherent reply instead of firing off a confused answer to each line. Works across WhatsApp, Instagram and other social chats, Telegram, X, and the website live chat widget.
v1.101.2
6/15/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed sending images and files in WhatsApp, Instagram and other social chats. Pasting a picture with Ctrl+V (or attaching one) and pressing Send failed silently with an upload error — attachments now upload and send correctly.
v1.101.1
6/15/2026
See demo
  • - AI agents now reply automatically in the background for WhatsApp, Instagram and other social chats. Before, an auto-send agent's reply only went out once you opened the conversation in the panel — now it's sent the moment the customer's message arrives, even when no one is watching.
  • - When an AI agent is set to send replies automatically, the in-chat suggestion box now starts minimized — the reply has already been sent, so there's no 'Send' prompt to act on. Click it to expand and see what the AI replied.
v1.101.0
6/15/2026
See demo
  • - Added emoji shortcuts in chat, just like WhatsApp and Telegram. Start typing a colon followed by a word — for example ':smi' or ':fire' — and a list of matching emojis pops up; pick one with the arrow keys and Enter, or click it. Typing a full shortcut like ':fire:' turns into 🔥 instantly. The emoji button's search box now finds emojis by name too.
v1.100.5
6/15/2026
See demo
  • - Fixed Live Visitors analytics not recording new visits — countries, devices, browsers, cities and the new deep-analytics views were coming up empty or 'unknown'. Visit, session, engagement and event data is captured correctly again.
  • - Fixed a 'Something went wrong' crash on the visitor Insights 'Conversions' tab.
