CHROME EXTENSION

Save any profile to your CRM in one click

Dock it beside the page or use the CRM button inside the profile itself. LinkedIn, X and Instagram profiles land in CRM Solid with their bio, links and handles, tagged and on the right board, without a single copy-paste. It tells you when you already have the person, and it is free.

Saved as a company lead

Prospecting without the copy-paste tax

The extension is not a scraper. It reads the page you are already looking at, when you ask it to, and puts the result somewhere useful.

One click, no copy-paste

Open a profile, click save. Name, headline, bio, location, website and follower count come across on their own, and you can correct anything before it lands.

A panel that stays open

Dock CRM Solid beside the page. It follows you from profile to profile, so a prospecting session is one continuous flow instead of a popup you reopen forty times.

Controls inside the page

On X, LinkedIn and Instagram the CRM button sits in the profile’s own action row, next to Follow and Message. Write the note, pick the board, save, without the page moving.

It knows who you already have

Before you save, the extension tells you the person is already in your CRM and links straight to them. No more three copies of the same lead.

One person, every network

Save somebody from LinkedIn today and from X tomorrow and you get one contact with two profiles attached, matched on the profile itself and on email.

AI that reads the profile

On paid plans it scores the lead, says in one line why they are worth your time, and drafts an opener quoting something real from their bio. Suggestions only, nothing saved behind your back.

Tags, notes and boards while you save

Add a note and a tag, drop the lead on the right pipeline stage, all from the popup. It is on the contact timeline before you close the tab.

Works offline

On a train with no signal, saves queue locally and sync themselves the moment you are back. Nothing you clicked is ever lost.

Never asks for your password

You approve a short code inside your own CRM session. The extension gets a token limited to saving contacts, and you can disconnect any browser from the panel.

The tab-switching tax is bigger than it looks

Saving a prospect by hand is a small task done constantly: open the CRM in another tab, create a contact, type the name, paste the profile URL, remember what was interesting about them, tag it, put it on a board. Two minutes, forty times a week. That is more than an hour of pure retyping, and the part that actually mattered, why this person was worth saving, is usually the part that gets skipped.

The bigger cost is the leads that never get saved at all. A profile you meant to come back to is a profile you will not find again. The whole point of one click is that the decision to save stops being a task you have to schedule.

Duplicates are the other half of the problem

Most capture tools will happily create a second contact for somebody you already know, because matching a profile URL to an existing record is harder than it sounds: the same LinkedIn profile can appear as linkedin.com/in/jane, tr.linkedin.com/in/Jane/ or with a tracking parameter stapled on. CRM Solid normalises all of those to one identity before it decides whether to create anything, so re-saving somebody enriches the record you already have instead of splitting your pipeline in two.

And it is deliberately not an automation tool

The extension does not crawl, does not open profiles in the background, does not send connection requests, and does not collect anything you are not looking at. That is a product decision as much as a compliance one: tools that automate the network itself get accounts restricted, and a restricted account is worth less than the leads it collected.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. It works on the Free plan with 200 saves a month, which is well past what most people use. Paid plans lift the cap entirely and unlock AI qualification, which scores the lead and drafts an opening line from the profile itself. There is no credit card at any point in signing up.
X (Twitter), LinkedIn (both people and company pages) and Instagram get dedicated extraction that reads the profile properly. On any other web page you can still save the page as a lead, and the extension picks up the company name, description and any email or phone number in the page.
No. Install the extension, click Create a free account, and you land back on the approval screen with your connection code already filled in. It takes about thirty seconds end to end.
No. It only reads the page you are already looking at, when you click save. It does not crawl, it does not open pages in the background, and it never sends messages or connection requests on your behalf.
Nothing bad. The second save updates the existing contact instead of creating a new one, filling in fields that were blank and refreshing the profile snapshot. Fields you edited by hand in the CRM are never overwritten.
Storage for your token, active tab so it can read the page when you click the toolbar icon, scripting to run the reader, context menus for the right-click actions, and alarms for the connection handshake. It can only talk to api.crmsolid.com. It does not request access to all your websites at install time.
Yes. It is a standard Manifest V3 extension, so any Chromium browser can install it, including Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc and Vivaldi.
Yes. The Browser extension page in your panel lists every connected browser with the last time it was used and how many contacts it saved, and disconnects any of them with one click.
A side panel, docked to the edge of the browser. Click the toolbar icon and it stays open while you browse, following you from profile to profile. Press Ctrl+Shift+K (Cmd+Shift+K on a Mac) to open it from the keyboard.
It adds one button to the profile action row on X, LinkedIn and Instagram, styled to sit with the site’s own controls, and nothing else. Everything it draws lives in an isolated shadow root, so it cannot leak styles into the page or be broken by the page. You can turn the in-page controls off entirely in settings and keep only the panel.
