Compliance & data residency

  • GDPR Article 8 (minors): for under-16 students in EU, parental consent is required. CRM Solid supports parental-consent capture flows where the consent record is stored on the parent's profile and linked to the minor's.
  • KVKK: Turkish course creators. Turkish-language consent flows and the legal-basis fields KVKK requires.
  • FERPA (US K-12): CRM Solid is not currently FERPA-certified; not recommended for US K-12 institutions. For higher-education and adult education, GDPR-equivalent protections apply.
  • Payment data: CRM Solid does not store full card numbers. Stripe, LemonSqueezy, and WeePay handle that. Enrollment and student data flow in via webhook with PII isolated.
