A payment link from the chat
Create a link while the conversation is still open and send it in that thread, on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email or live chat. No switching to a billing tool and back.
Issue an invoice or a payment link from the chat you are already in, with your own Stripe, PayPal, iyzico, PayTR, Mollie, Razorpay or Square keys. The money lands in your account, and the record lands on the contact and in the ledger without anybody re-typing it.
Great, let's go with the six-seat plan. How do I pay?
Here is the link. It is valid for seven days.
You bring your own keys. We do not sit between you and your money, and we do not take a percentage of what you collect.

The gap between "yes, send it over" and money in the bank is where deals cool off. Most of that gap is copying details between three systems.
Create a link while the conversation is still open and send it in that thread, on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email or live chat. No switching to a billing tool and back.
Issue a proper invoice with lines, quantities and totals against a contact, rather than a number typed into a message and forgotten.
Connect Stripe, PayPal, iyzico, PayTR, Mollie, Razorpay, Square or a crypto gateway with your own credentials. Funds settle into your account and we take no cut of them.
A payment records income against the right category and the right contact automatically, so the finance side of the business is not a monthly reconstruction from bank statements.
Mark a deal won and the revenue entry is posted for you, keeping the pipeline and the ledger describing the same reality.
Record in the currency the customer paid in and convert using the historical rate from the day of the transaction, so last quarter's numbers do not move because today's rate did.
Repeat income and expense records on a schedule for retainers, subscriptions and the rent, instead of remembering to enter them.
Expenses, categories, budgets and a profit and loss view sit beside the invoices, so revenue is reported net rather than as a flattering top line.
Invoice created and invoice paid are signed webhook events, so an accounting system or a fulfilment process can react without anybody watching a screen.
Revenue from systems outside the CRM can be pulled into the same ledger, so the total is the whole business rather than the part that happened to be invoiced here.
Payment links carry their own state, so "did they ever pay" is a status on the contact rather than a question for the bank statement.
CRM Solid issues invoices and payment links from inside the same workspace as the chat, the contact and the ledger. You connect your own payment gateway, the customer pays into your account, and the invoice, the payment and the income entry attach themselves to the contact record without anyone copying a figure between systems.
The reason to do it here rather than in a separate billing tool is timing. A customer who has just said yes is the easiest customer you will ever charge, and every minute spent switching tools, re-typing an email address and generating a link somewhere else is a minute in which they get distracted.
Payments run through your own gateway account. Stripe, PayPal, iyzico, PayTR, Mollie, Razorpay and Square are supported for cards and local methods, plus six crypto gateways where that is what your customers use.
This matters commercially: platforms that process payments on your behalf usually take a percentage on top of the gateway fee. We do not process your payments, so there is nothing to take a percentage of. What you pay us is the subscription, and your gateway rate is whatever you negotiated with them.
Record a transaction in the currency it happened in. When it is converted for reporting, the rate used is the historical rate from the transaction date rather than today's.
That sounds pedantic until a currency moves 20% and last year's revenue silently changes shape in your dashboard. Using the rate from the day keeps a closed period closed.
Invoices, payment links and payment providers start on Pro at $24.99 a month, with 50 invoices and 50 payment links a month. Business at $99 removes both caps. The Free plan does not include the finance module. Whatever your gateway charges is between you and them.
Invoices, payment links and your own gateway keys, included from Pro.
