IKAS INTEGRATION

Your ikas customers, in a CRM that can message them

Sync your ikas store's customers and orders into CRM Solid, then follow up on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or email from the same screen. Orders land in the finance ledger, so what a customer is worth is on the record before you write to them.

What an online store cannot do about the customer after checkout

A storefront takes the order. It does not message the person who abandoned one, remember what they asked before buying, or tell you which of them is worth a second conversation.

Customers become contacts

Everyone who bought from your ikas store becomes a CRM contact with tags, custom fields, notes and a timeline, ready to be segmented and messaged rather than left in an order list.

Orders become revenue rows

Imported orders post to the finance ledger, so lifetime value, repeat rate and what a segment is actually worth come from the same numbers as the rest of the business.

Follow up where they answer

Message a customer on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or email from the same screen as their order history, instead of exporting a list and hoping a bulk email lands.

Realtime, with polling as a floor

The store pushes changes as they happen where it can, and a scheduled sync catches anything missed, so the CRM does not quietly drift out of date after a webhook fails.

Re-sync without duplicates

A full re-read updates existing contacts and revenue rows rather than creating second copies, so recovering from a bad import is safe rather than terrifying.

Two ways to connect

Install the app from the ikas App Store, or create a private app inside your own store and paste its credentials. The second path needs no partner account and no app review.

Read-only permissions

The integration asks for read access to customers, orders and products. It does not need permission to change your storefront, and it does not have it.

Your data stays if you leave

Disconnect the store and the imported contacts, orders and history stay in your CRM. Reinstall later and syncing resumes where it left off.

Segments that reach the whole business

An ikas customer is an ordinary contact, so they can enter a sequence, receive an NPS survey, open a support ticket and appear in reporting like anybody else.

What the ikas integration does

CRM Solid connects to an ikas store and imports its customers and orders. Customers become contacts with a full timeline; orders become revenue entries in the finance ledger. From then on the person who bought from you is somebody you can segment, message on WhatsApp or email, put in a sequence, survey and report on.

The gap it closes is the one every store owner recognises. The storefront knows what was ordered and the inbox knows what was asked, and nobody joins them, so the customer who messaged three times before buying looks identical to the one who bought by accident.

Two ways to connect, both supported

Pick whichever suits how you run the store.

  • From the ikas App Store: install CRM Solid on your store and approve the permission screen. The setup finishes inside the app.
  • With a private app: in your ikas admin, create a private (custom) app with read_customers, read_orders and read_products permissions, then paste the Client ID and Secret into CRM Solid. No ikas partner account and no app review needed.

How syncing behaves

Changes arrive in realtime where the store can push them, and a scheduled sync runs as a floor underneath that so a missed webhook does not leave the CRM quietly stale. The panel shows contacts imported, orders imported, the last sync and the next scheduled run.

A full re-sync re-reads the store from the beginning and updates existing records rather than duplicating them. That matters more than it sounds: an import you cannot safely repeat is an import nobody dares to fix.

What it costs

The ikas integration is available on every plan, including Free. What differs is what you can do afterwards: WhatsApp, Instagram and the other social channels start on Pro, as do sequences, the finance module and surveys. Free covers Telegram and the contact database.

Either install CRM Solid from the ikas App Store and approve the permissions, or create a private app inside your own ikas admin with read_customers, read_orders and read_products and paste its Client ID and Secret into CRM Solid.
No. The private app route is created inside your own store and needs no partner account and no app review.
Read access to customers, orders and products. It does not request permission to modify your storefront.
No. A full re-sync re-reads the store and updates existing contacts and revenue rows rather than creating second copies.
Imported contacts, orders and history stay in your CRM. If the store removes the app, syncing stops but nothing is deleted, and reinstalling resumes where it left off.
The integration itself is on every plan including Free. Messaging those customers on WhatsApp or Instagram, running sequences and using the finance module start on Pro at $24.99 a month.
