Yes via lead webhooks. Most major portals (Zillow, Rightmove, OnTheMarket, Idealista, Hemnet, etc.) let you configure a webhook or email-forward when a buyer submits a form. CRM Solid ingests these into your inbox with the property reference, buyer details, and any custom fields. Setup is 15 minutes per portal. If your portal does not support webhooks, our email-parsing rules can extract lead data from email forwards.
Yes. You give it 4-5 qualifying questions ("Are you cash buyer or financed? What is your max budget? When do you need to move? Any specific must-haves?"). The AI works them naturally into the conversation, captures the answers as structured fields on the contact, and flags hot buyers ("cash, 30-day timeline, 3BR Notting Hill" = top of your pipeline tomorrow).
Both. Solo agents use a single workspace with their personal Telegram, Instagram, and WhatsApp accounts. Brokerages use the Agencies playbook: one workspace per agent with shared admin dashboards, lead routing rules (round-robin or by neighborhood), and team leaderboards. Some brokerages with 100+ agents run the Agency Plus tier.
We do not have a direct MLS pull yet (most MLS systems require their own approved vendors). The standard workaround is to import your active listings as a CSV (or via webhook from your listing software) once a day. Most agents using us are running KvCore, Follow Up Boss, or similar; they pipe data into CRM Solid via webhook in 30 minutes.
Yes. CRM Solid is GDPR + KVKK compliant, hosted in EU data centers (we can confirm region on request), and ships with built-in consent capture (buyer agrees to be contacted when they message), opt-out tracking, and 30-day GDPR-export tooling. We have a public DPA at /dpa.
